Pierce Brosnan, Ed Harris and Jim Gaffigan have signed on to star in the indie "Salvation Boulevard" for the newly launched Mandalay Vision.

George Ratliff ("Joshua") will direct from a screenplay he penned with Douglas Stone that is based on the book of the same name by Larry Beinhart ("Wag the Dog").

Comedic thriller is set in the world of mega-churches in which a former Deadhead-turned-born again-Christian finds himself on the run from fundamentalist members of his mega-church who will do anything to protect their larger-than-life pastor. Mandalay Pictures's Cathy Schulman and Mandalay Vision's Celine Rattray will produce via the newly minted banner.

Lensing is set to begin in April.

Brosnan's upcoming projects include Fox's February bow "Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief."

Harris' upcoming projects include "What's Wrong With Virginia" and "The Way Back." He is currently starring onstage at the Geffen Theater in Los Angeles in Neil LaBute's "Wrecks."

Comedian Gaffigan recently wrapped "Going the Distance" and "It's Kind of a Funny Story."

The three are repped by CAA.

Mandalay Vision's upcoming slate includes "The Kids Are All Right" and "Soul Surfer."
